Health and Fitness Information Gym Rate is designed for fitness coaching and progress tracking. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Do not use Gym Rate for emergencies. If you have health concerns, consult a qualified medical professional before making medical decisions or starting a new fitness or nutrition program. Photos, Camera, and Photo Library Access Gym Rate may request access to your camera or photo library so you can upload: Meal proof photos Progress photos Profile images Workout media Coach branding assets You can manage camera and photo permissions in your device settings. Uploaded images may be processed for compatibility and optimization before storage and display. Push Notifications Gym Rate may request permission to send push notifications related to: Account activity Coaching and plan updates Check-ins Progress and workflow updates You can disable notifications in your device settings. Payments The Gym Rate mobile app does not collect payment card, bank, or wallet details and does not process in-app purchases in the current release. Coach workspace activation or package management may be handled outside the mobile app. Data Retention We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to: Provide Gym Rate Maintain account and coaching records Resolve disputes Enforce agreements Prevent abuse or fraud Comply with legal obligations We may keep certain information after account deletion where retention is required or permitted by law, including security logs, fraud-prevention records, dispute records, and accounting or compliance records.
