Delete your account
You control your data. Here’s how to permanently delete your Gym Rate account and personal information.

Profile → Delete account
Open the Gym Rate app, go to the Profile tab, tap Delete account, and confirm. Your account is deleted right away and you’re signed out — no waiting on a request.

So we can verify it’s really you, please include:
- The email address on your Gym Rate account
- Your name as shown in the app
- Whether you are a coach or a trainee
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove or de-identify your personal information, including:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your password and login credentials
- Profile details, avatar, and bio
- Body metrics and connected sign-in identifiers
- Push-notification tokens for your devices
Your active sessions are ended, and the account can no longer be signed into.
What we may keep
We may retain a limited amount of information after deletion where retention is required or permitted by law — for example security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute, or legal records. Where we keep such records, they are de-identified where possible and are not used to identify you in the app.
Good to know
Signing out or uninstalling the app is notthe same as deleting your account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone — if you later want to use Gym Rate again, you’ll need to create a new account.
